There is no minimum term. Either side can stop with 3 days notice by text or email.
We never sell your lead or customer details.
The AI collects job details. It does not quote prices or make promises for you.
Nothing here takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply when you use the Fedda Systems website or sign up for our services. Fedda Systems is the trading name of Isaac Fedda (ABN 58 728 019 014), a sole trader in Australia. In these terms, we, us and our mean Fedda Systems, and you means the business or person signing up.
By signing up or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Fedda Systems sets up and runs AI automations for trades businesses. Depending on your package, the service can include:
Texting back missed mobile calls
An AI lead chat that collects the job, suburb and timing
A lead summary sent to you by email
Follow up texts on quotes and review requests after jobs
A photo upload link for urgent jobs and a monthly results report
The packages, what each one includes and the prices are on our website when you sign up. Features marked coming soon, such as the AI voice receptionist, WhatsApp messaging and instant urgent job alerts, are not part of the service until we tell you they are available.
We provide the service with due care and skill. We do not promise that it will win you any particular job or amount of work.
Getting set up
Australian mobile numbers need identity checks before they can be used for messaging. We handle the paperwork, but you may need to give us business details, photo ID or proof of address. Setup usually takes a couple of weeks, and we cannot guarantee a date because approvals depend on third parties.
You confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you own, or have permission to use, the phone number you ask us to work with.
Call forwarding is set up on your own phone. Your phone carrier may charge for forwarded calls, so check your plan. We give you the code to use and test it with you.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the service lawfully, including the Spam Act 2003, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Consumer Law.
Only ask us to message people you are allowed to contact.
Never ask us to ignore an opt out. Every text includes a way to stop, and we stop texting anyone who does.
Tell us promptly if your business details, phone number or services change.
Check your lead summaries and follow up with your customers. You remain responsible for the quotes, prices, advice and work you give them.
The service is not for emergencies. If anyone is in danger, they should call 000.
Fees and payment
Fees are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added. If that changes, we will tell you before GST is added to your fees.
Monthly fee for your package, as shown when you sign up.
Setup fee of A$99, charged once.
Extra leads. Where your package includes a lead limit, such as 60 leads on Starter, each extra lead is charged at the rate shown on our website.
Payment is handled outside this website. We will tell you how to pay when you sign up. If a payment is overdue we may pause the service until it is paid.
Our launch pricing may change. We will give you at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect for you.
Starting and ending the service
There is no minimum term. Either of us can end the service at any time with 3 days notice by text or email.
We may end the service sooner if you break these terms, or if we cannot lawfully keep running it for you. If we end it early for any other reason, we will refund any fees you have paid for time after the service stops.
When the service ends we stop all messages sent on your behalf and handle your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Calls, texts and other providers
The service relies on phone carriers, messaging providers such as Twilio, and AI providers. We choose them with care, but we do not control them. Messages can be delayed, blocked or fail to deliver, and some callers, such as those on landlines or private numbers, cannot be texted.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier or provider outages.
AI features
Parts of the service use artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes. It collects job details and says you will be in touch, and it does not quote prices or make commitments for you. Please read our AI Disclosure for how it works and what it will not do.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to send spam, harass or mislead anyone, break the law, or send content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else's rights. You must not try to interfere with or break into the service. We may pause or end the service if you do.
Ownership and your content
We own the Fedda Systems website, software, text and designs. You keep ownership of your business name, logo and the details you give us, and you let us use them to run the service for you.
Lead and customer details collected for your business are yours to use. We only use them to run the service for you, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service
We may improve, change or pause parts of the service, for example for maintenance. If a change would make the service materially worse for you, we will give you reasonable notice and you may end the service without further charge.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and as far as the law allows:
we are not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect loss, including jobs lost because a call or text was not delivered or the AI made an error; and
where we fail to meet a guarantee that the law allows us to limit, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell you by text or email at least 14 days before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, you can end the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We only use details to run the service and pass leads to the tradie they were meant for.
We never sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Anyone can reply STOP to stop our texts, and can ask to see or delete their details.
Some of our providers handle data overseas, mainly in the United States.
Who we are
This policy explains how Fedda Systems, the trading name of Isaac Fedda (ABN 58 728 019 014), handles personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
We deal with two groups of people. Clients are the trades businesses who sign up to our service. Customers are the people who call or text our clients. For customers, we act on behalf of the client, who is the business they were trying to reach.
What we collect
From clients: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, service area, and the details we need for identity checks on a phone number. We do not collect card or bank details through this website.
From customers of our clients: the phone number that called, the time of the missed call, the text messages exchanged, and the job details given, such as the suburb, the type of problem and how urgent it is. If a customer sends photos through an upload link, we collect those too.
From visitors to this website: your device's IP address is sent to Google when the page loads fonts (see Cookies and this website). If you call or email us, we keep what you tell us. If you send a message through the contact form, your name, email and message go to us through a form service called FormSubmit. If you are a client and use the client login, your login and the leads, notes and bookings in your dashboard are stored with a hosting provider called Supabase, in data centres in Singapore.
How we collect it
Directly from you when you call, text, email or sign up, and automatically through the phone and messaging systems that run the service, such as when a call is forwarded to us or a customer replies to a text.
Why we use it
To run the service: texting back missed calls, collecting job details and sending lead summaries to the right client.
To set up phone numbers and complete identity checks.
To send follow up texts and review requests that a client has asked us to send.
To look after our clients, fix problems and improve the service.
To meet legal obligations, such as record keeping and responding to lawful requests.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or for marketing unrelated businesses.
Who we share it with
The client the customer was trying to reach, who receives the lead summary.
Service providers who help us run the service: phone and messaging providers such as Twilio, AI providers that help write and understand messages, email delivery, and tools we use to store records. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety or property.
A buyer of our business, if it is ever sold, who must keep protecting the information.
Overseas providers
Some of our providers store or process information outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Texts and opting out
Every text we send includes a way to opt out. If anyone replies STOP, we stop texting them from that service. We keep a record of the opt out so that we do not text them again by mistake.
Cookies and this website
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device's IP address and browser details are sent to Google when the page loads. If you tap a phone number or email link, your phone or email app opens and what happens next is between you and that app.
The Get started and Contact pages can open WhatsApp or your email app with a message already filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app, and that app's provider handles it under its own policy.
If we add analytics or forms to the website in future, we will update this policy first.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable safeguards, including passwords and access controls, and we only give people and providers the access they need. No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and message records while a client uses the service and for up to 12 months afterwards, then delete or de-identify them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. A client or customer can ask us to delete their details sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email feddasystems@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you are a customer of one of our clients, we may pass your request to that client as well.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
The AI collects job details and passes them to the tradie. It does not quote prices or book work.
Text messages come from an automated assistant working for the tradie. If anyone asks, it says so.
Every lead summary goes to a real person, who decides what happens next.
It is not for emergencies. Call 000.
The short version
Fedda Systems uses artificial intelligence to help tradies stay on top of calls they miss. It is a helper that gathers details and keeps the conversation going. The tradie, a real person, is always the one who decides what happens next.
Where we use AI
Understanding replies. When a customer answers our text, AI reads the reply and works out what the job is, where it is and how urgent it seems.
Writing replies. AI writes short follow up questions inside limits we set, such as asking for the suburb or when the customer is free.
Summaries. AI turns the conversation into a short lead summary that is emailed to the tradie.
Follow ups. On packages that include it, AI helps write quote follow ups and review requests that the tradie has asked us to send.
What the AI does not do
It does not quote prices or promise a price range.
It does not book jobs or promise that the tradie will attend at a certain time.
It does not give technical, safety, legal or financial advice.
It does not make commitments or sign off on anything for the tradie.
It does not handle emergencies.
Telling customers it is automated
Texts are sent on behalf of the tradie by an automated assistant, with the business name in the message. If a customer asks whether they are talking to a person or an AI, the assistant says it is an automated assistant working for the business and that the tradie will be in touch. Every text includes a way to stop.
A person stays in charge
Every conversation ends with a lead summary sent to the tradie, so they can read what was said and make the call. Customers can also ring the tradie directly at any time. Where a customer is on a landline or private number, no text is sent and the tradie is told so they can ring that customer.
Accuracy and mistakes
AI can misunderstand, miss something or get details wrong. A suburb might be misheard, or a message might be taken the wrong way. That is why the summary goes to a person, and why we ask tradies to check each lead before acting on it.
If something goes wrong, tell us. We will fix the cause where we can.
Emergencies
The service is not an emergency service and the AI does not know whether anyone is in danger. If there is danger to life, a gas leak, fire or electrical emergency, call 000. Some packages flag jobs that sound urgent, but that only helps the tradie prioritise a call back.
Data and AI
To write and understand messages, the text of a conversation is sent to AI providers. They process it to produce a response for us. We do not sell it, and we do not use customers' messages to train any model of our own. More about how we handle information is in our Privacy Policy.
What is coming
We plan to add an AI voice receptionist and WhatsApp messaging. When these are available, we will update this page. Callers will be told they are speaking to an automated assistant, and we will say if a call is recorded before it is.
Report a problem
If you think the AI got something wrong, or you want a person to take over, call 0421 000 447 or email feddasystems@gmail.com. A screenshot of the text helps.
Quick answers about setup, call forwarding, texts and billing.
Getting started
How do I get started?
Call 0421 000 447 or email us. We ask your trade, roughly how many calls you miss and which phone carrier you use. Then we handle the number setup and paperwork, and test everything with you before it goes live.
How long does setup take?
Australian mobile numbers need identity checks, so allow a couple of weeks. We handle the paperwork and test before switching on.
What do I need to have ready?
Your business details and the mobile number your customers ring. For the identity check we may ask for photo ID and proof of address. We tell you exactly what is needed.
Do I have to change my number?
No. You turn on forwarding for unanswered calls on your phone, and your number stays the same.
Call forwarding
How do I set up forwarding?
We send you the exact code for your carrier and test it with you. Most Australian mobile plans use standard codes: **61*NUMBER# forwards calls you do not answer, and **67*NUMBER# forwards calls when you are busy, where NUMBER is the number we give you. Please wait for us to confirm the right code for your plan before you dial.
Will my phone still ring first?
Yes. Calls only forward when you do not answer, are busy or cannot be reached, depending on how forwarding is set.
How do I turn forwarding off?
On most plans dialling ##004# cancels all conditional forwarding. You can also message us and we will talk you through it.
Does forwarding cost anything?
Some carriers charge for forwarded calls. Check your plan, or ask us and we can help you check.
Texts and customers
What does the customer see?
A text from your business, with your business name in the message and a STOP option. The assistant asks a couple of short questions about the job and says you will be in touch.
What about landlines and private numbers?
Texts only go to mobiles. Those callers do not get a text, and your summary email tells you so you can ring them.
What if a customer replies STOP?
We stop texting them straight away and keep a record so they are not texted again by mistake.
Does it quote prices?
No. It collects the job details and says you will get back to them. Prices stay between you and your customer.
Can a customer talk to a real person?
Yes. They can ring you at any time, and if they ask, the assistant tells them it is automated and that you will be in touch.
Billing and cancelling
How much does it cost?
Starter is A$49 a month and Growth is A$99 a month, plus a one-off A$99 setup. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is added. The full package list is on the home page.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled outside this website. We tell you how when you sign up.
What if I go over my lead limit?
On Starter, each lead after the first 60 in a month costs A$1. We tell you before you get anywhere near it.
How do I cancel?
There is no minimum term. Send us a text or email and we stop the service with 3 days notice. Details are in our Terms of Service.
Privacy and data
What happens to my customers' details?
They are used to run the service and passed to you. We never sell or share them for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Yes, and it says so if anyone asks. See the AI Disclosure for what it does and does not do.
Something is not working
A customer did not get a text.
Texts cannot go to landlines or private numbers, and sometimes carriers delay or block a message. Call or email us with the time of the missed call and we will check.
The AI said something wrong.
Sorry about that. Send us a screenshot of the text and we will fix the cause. Every lead summary goes to you so you can correct anything with the customer.
I am not getting my lead emails.
Check your junk folder first, then tell us the email address you use and we will resend and test.

Live demo number
Why: A visitor types their mobile and gets a real sample text back. The most convincing demo possible.
How it would work
A box on the site: the visitor types their own mobile and taps Try it. A sample missed-call text lands on their phone and they can reply to watch the chat work.
First step
Decide whether the demo runs on your real texting set-up or a separate test number.
Watch out for
Spam rules. Only text the number the visitor typed in, say so next to the button, honour STOP, and cap sends per day so strangers cannot make you text people.
Rough size
Roughly 1 to 2 weeks to build, plus a small texting cost per demo.
Needs: Texting set-up, their consent in the form, and a spam-safe sender.
34Longer shotsBig job
Customer login
Demo built
Why: A login area where each customer sees every missed call and text, books jobs, and downloads reports. The demo is built with sample data so you can click through it.
How it would work
Each customer signs up, then sees their enquiries with the full text conversation, offers booking times by text, tracks quotes and reviews on Growth, reads weekly reports and edits their texts and alerts.
First step
Open the demo and tell me what to cut or add before anything real gets built.
Watch out for
The demo has no real accounts and nothing is saved or sent. A real version needs a backend: logins, a database, and your texting provider sending every text and reply into it. It also needs a proper security and privacy check before real customer data goes in.
Rough size
Demo: done. Real version: weeks to months.
Needs: A backend (accounts, database, text feed) for the real thing.
Why: Built into the dashboard demo: open an enquiry, tap Offer times by text and watch the booking land.
How it would work
The AI offers two or three time slots in the conversation and the customer taps one. It lands in your calendar and the customer gets a confirmation text.
First step
Check what your tradies use to schedule (Google Calendar, ServiceM8, paper) before choosing a tool.
Watch out for
This moves the AI from collecting details to booking jobs, which changes the AI disclosure and terms. Double bookings are the main risk.
Why: Good for later, once you have real reviews to show. Do not show an empty wall.
How it would work
A strip on the site showing real Google reviews about Fedda Systems, with the star rating and a link to the profile.
First step
Create the Google Business Profile for Fedda Systems and ask your first customers for a review.
Watch out for
Do not show it until there are real reviews. An empty or tiny wall hurts more than none. Follow Google rules on how reviews can be shown.
Rough size
Small once you have real reviews and a Google profile.
Needs: Real reviews first, and a Google profile.

Blog and how-to pages
Why: Search traffic from tradies looking up their own problems.
How it would work
Short articles that answer what tradies search, like how to stop missing calls on the tools or how to chase a quote without being pushy. Each one ends with a link to start.
First step
Write three articles and see if any get search traffic before committing to more.
Watch out for
It is slow. Expect months before results. Keep it practical and honest, with no invented stats.
Rough size
A few hours per article, then ongoing.
Needs: Writing time, a few pieces a month.

Google Business Profile add-on
Why: Help tradies set up or tidy their Google listing, since many customers tap Call straight from it.
How it would work
A paid extra where you set up or tidy a tradie Google Business Profile: correct hours, trade categories, photos and the right phone number. That listing is where a lot of calls start.
First step
Offer it free to your first few customers and see if it changes how many calls they get.
Watch out for
It is a service, not software, so it costs your time. Set a price only after you know how long one takes. You need the tradie permission to edit their profile.
Rough size
No site build. It is a process and a price.
Needs: A new paid service, and your time.

Ad pages per trade
Why: A page per trade for Facebook and Google ads.
How it would work
One page per trade that matches the ad: plumbers, sparkies, roofers, each with its own headline, sample text and one button. The ad goes straight to it.
First step
Build one page for roofing first and run a small test.
Watch out for
Ad spend is real money. Set a small daily cap and track phone calls and enquiries, not clicks.
Rough size
Small per page once the first is built. The ad budget is the real cost.
Needs: Ad budget and tracking.

Supplier partner page
Why: A referral route through trade suppliers and associations.
How it would work
A page for trade suppliers, buying groups and associations: what Fedda does, a short pitch they can share with members, and a referral link or code.
First step
Pick one local supplier and ask if they would mention it to customers. See if anyone says yes.
Watch out for
Agree in writing what they get, if anything, and keep every claim on the page to what is true on the site.
Rough size
A small page. The real effort is in the conversations.
Needs: A simple partner agreement.
41Longer shotsMedium
Newsletter sign-up
Why: A slow, useful tips email for tradies.
How it would work
A one-field box on the site. Once a month, a short tip for tradies on missed calls, quotes and reviews. Unsubscribe in every email.
First step
Pick an email tool and write the first issue before adding the box.
Watch out for
Australian spam rules apply: clear consent, your business details and a working unsubscribe. A dead newsletter looks worse than none.
Rough size
Small build, ongoing writing.
Needs: An email tool and consent wording.

Status and changelog page
Why: Shows the service is running and what is new.
How it would work
A simple page that shows the service is running, plus a short list of what is new or fixed. Linked from the footer.
First step
Skip the live status. Start with a plain what is new list you update by hand, once you have real customers.
Watch out for
A status page that is not kept up to date is worse than none. Do not promise uptime numbers.
